These are the terms of Service for The Informer Online we expect you to follow all of these Terms of Service even if you have not fully read them you are bound by our terms for as long as you are a customer or visitor.

1. All sites that are submitted are subject to review prior to being placed on the Informer site. We also reserve the right to remove any website that has already been posted, for what ever reason we see fit.

2. All sites submitted to The Informer Online must family friendly and must be presented in an appropriate manner. If you sell adult novelties we may consider adding your site if your advertisement is family friendly and an 18 limited is added in which the vistor can enter. Any website that is deemed in appropriate will be removed and no refund will be issued.

3. We do allow Myspace, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter or other social networking site profiles in the directory only, no banner ads are accepted.

4. Again Family friendly sites are allowed only. No porn, slander, hate, or discrimination. Any sites that have the sole purpose to shame or to put down anyone are not allowed.

5. All sites must be in written English or Spanish or a combination of the 2.
6. The site that you submit must be owned and operated by you. Also the content on your site must be yours or you have permission to use said content. Any content that is not that of your own must be given proper credit to the people, person or website it does belong to. No sites with stolen content will be allowed or listed here at anytime, if a site is determined to have such content it will be removed with no warning.

7. All ads must be paid for upfront. The Informer Online will not hold any sponsor sites and spots are on a first come first served basis.

8 If at anytime you take down your website, transfer your name, or otherwise make the URL that you have submitted here is not found, please contact to update your listing information and/or have your site removed from our listings.

9. You are welcome to sponsor multiple websites and we do give discounts please contact us for details.
11. We reserve the right to add, change, modify or remove our terms of service or site at anytime without notification.

12. There are no refunds for any sponsor sites or services, no exceptions.

13. The advertiser provides all information concerning the businesses, products, or services advertised on this site. The Informer makes no representation as to the validity of the information provided by the advertiser, as we do not check or verify the information. The Informer, and its affiliates, is not liable for misinformation, typographical errors or misprints in the advertisements.
